2. Return and exchange:

1. If you need to return or exchange goods, please keep the original packaging. It will not affect the overall appearance of the school uniform. Please do not write your name on the school uniform label, otherwise the return and exchange will not be accepted

2. Products purchased in the hot commodity area, such as shoes, balls, etc., can be returned and exchanged without affecting the secondary sales. If you need to return or exchange the goods, be sure to contact us within 7 days of signing for the return or exchange.

3. Under the condition of not affecting the secondary sales, the size of the same product can be changed. Please be sure to exchange the goods within 15 days after signing for the goods. If the time limit for returns and exchanges is exceeded, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. Different items are not interchangeable.

4. For non-commodity quality problems, the return shipping fee will be borne by the parents.

5. Please provide the logistics tracking number after sending the package, so that the customer service can follow up the after-sales in time, otherwise there will be delays

6. For specially customized school uniform products, returns are not supported for non-quality problems.

The following circumstances cannot be returned or exchanged:

4. The product exceeds the 15-day return period

Collegepro will bear all round-trip shipping costs for after-sales service caused by quality issues.

For after-sales services caused by non quality issues, the shipping fee shall follow the rule of who sends and pays; The user shall bear the postage when sending it back; Collegepro will bear the shipping cost when sending it out.
