Within 15 days of receiving the school uniform, if the size is not suitable and does not affect secondary sales, it will be replaced for free. The return and replacement shipping fee will be paid by the parents.

If there are quality issues, please contact customer service via WeChat or phone to apply for a return or exchange. The shipping cost will be paid by the Collegepro merchant.

Please provide the logistics tracking number after sending the package, so that customer service can follow up on after-sales service in a timely manner

If the tag, label, and packaging of the clothes are incomplete, washed or artificially damaged, and marked on the label, no return or exchange will be provided.
