Delivery Regulations

This logistics delivery rule aims to help you understand the logistics delivery method, time limit, and rules related to product receipt after you order the product

1. Logistics delivery

Delivery method: We will designate courier logistics for product delivery, and currently do not support the services of designated courier companies

2. Special reminder:

(1) We use regular express delivery for all SF Express packages; We are currently unable to choose other delivery methods other than regular delivery and overnight delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience causedIf you fill in the company address, the delivery time on Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays will be postponed accordingly.

(2) For pre-sale products and some special products, or in special circumstances, the above delivery time limit may not apply. The specific delivery time shall be subject to the relevant product or service page and Sibo's notice.

If the delivery area is remote, the logistics delivery cycle will be longer. We suggest that you go to the corresponding logistics company website in your region to learn about the latest logistics status of the goods, or contact our customer service.We will do our best to urge the logistics company to deliver the goods within the expected delivery deadline mentioned above. If the logistics company fails to complete the delivery within the expected delivery time, you can choose to extend the delivery time or cancel the order to obtain a full refund of the paid amount. Besides, we will not make any compensation to you.

(4) If the delivery address or information you provided is incorrect or incomplete, it will directly result in the inability to deliver or delay the delivery time.The package has been delivered to your doorstep by express delivery, but we have not been able to contact you. After being stranded at the courier station for a certain period of time, it will be returned to the shipping warehouse, and you will not be able to request further delivery or forwarding.

(5) If the buyer chooses to cancel the order after the express delivery is sent, the return fee for the express delivery needs to be borne by the buyer, or if the buyer chooses to return and refund after arrival

3. Inspection reminder

When receiving the package, please check with the courier in person the quantity of the goods, whether the type, color, and size of the goods match, and whether the goods are damaged. If confirmed to be correct, please sign for the product. If any discrepancies in quantity, goods, or damage are found, please reject the goods and contact customer service in a timely manner. Customer service personnel will handle them according to the actual situation.

4. Inspection precautions

Signing and confirming on the delivery note will be deemed as your belief that the quantity of the product is correct, that the product, its accessories, and packaging match the product you ordered, and that there is no damage. If the consignee you fill in is not yourself, you shall bear the legal consequences arising from the consignee's behavior and expression of intention.
