Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Assistant for our Uniform Flagship Boutique, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art boutique. Become a crucial part of our mission to deliver an unparalleled uniform shopping experience to students, parents, and other customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers shopping for uniforms in our flagship boutique and other Point Of Sales

2. Greet and assist customers with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanour, ensuring their needs are met with utmost care.

3. Maintain an organized, visually appealing store environment, ensuring all products are displayed attractively and inventory is well-organized.

4. Collaborate seamlessly with your team to create a positive and efficient in-store experience for all customers.

5. Support your colleagues as needed, contributing to the overall success of the boutique.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail sales, preferably within the uniform or fashion apparel industries

2. Good communication skills in English and Chinese to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.

3. Self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

4. Previous experience in a school uniform shop is highly desirable.

5. Basic computer skills.
