Dear customer, we are dedicated to providing you with the most convenient and efficient after-sales service. Please carefully read the following terms and examples - return and exchange regulations.

Return and exchange:

1. If you need to return or exchange goods, please keep the original packaging without affecting the overall appearance and lining of the school uniform. Please do not write your name on the school uniform label, otherwise returns or exchanges will not be accepted

2. Products purchased in the hot selling product area, such as shoes, balls, etc., are supported for returns and exchanges without affecting secondary sales. If you need to return or exchange the goods, please contact us within 7 days of signing for the return or exchange.

3. Without affecting secondary sales, the same product can be changed in size. Please make sure to exchange the goods within 15 days of receipt. If the return and exchange deadline is exceeded, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. Different products cannot be interchanged.

4. Non product quality issues, return and exchange shipping fees will be borne by parents

5. Please provide the logistics tracking number after sending the package, so that customer service can follow up with after-sales service in a timely manner, otherwise there may be a delay

6. Customized school uniform products, non quality issues do not support returns.

 

Returns and exchanges cannot be made under the following circumstances:

1. Any markings have been made on the label or clothing

2. The product has been washed or artificially damaged

3. The label and tag of the product have been torn off

4. The product has exceeded the 15 day return and exchange deadline
